Bhopal, Feb 7: Inter Police Station Volleyball Championship is being organised under the aegis of Sports and Youth Welfare Department at TT Nagar Stadium from Wednesday. In the second day of the championship, 22 matches were played. Jabalpur defeated Vidisha team by 2-0, Sewni defeated Shahdol by 2-0, Dindori defeated Sagar team by 2-1, Katni defeated Khandwa by 2-0, Umeria defeated Ujjain team by 2-0, Damoh defeated Indore by 2-0, Neemach defeated Shajapur by 2-0, Murena defeated Raisen by 2-0, Bhopal defeated Bhind team by 2-0, Satna defeated Gwalior by 2-0, Narsinghpur defeated Chhatarpur by 2-0, Rewa defeated Katni by 2-0, Balaghat defeated Dindori team by 2-0, Chhindwara defeated Bhopal by 2-0, Satna defeated Betul by 2-0, Murena defeated Narsinghpur by 2-0, Balaghat defeated Chhindwara by 2-0, Sewni defeated Satna by 2-0 and Rewa defeated Narsinghpur by 2-0.

Hoshangabad, Sewni, Balaghat and Rewa teams entered in semi-finals.

10 Km race today

Bhopal, Feb 7: Inter Police Station 10-Km Race of Youth Campaign would be organised under the aegis of Sports and Youth Welfare Department on Friday at 8 am from TT Nagar Stadium to Suraj Nagar (Up and Down). Four players from every district of Madhya Pradesh will be taking part in the race. The winner would be given cash award of Rs 50000 (as first prize).
