Bhopal, Feb 7: The Board examinations are approaching fast and it has resulted in the rise in the heartbeats of the students writing these exams. These days, school students are busy in preparing for the exams. Out of these some, like to study with friends in a group whereas some prefer to study alone. There are certain students too, who like to study in the company of music. City Mirror has tried to find out about what is that style of study which is being most preferred by the students for exam preparation.

Group style

In this style, all students study in a group. The advantage of this way of study is that students themselves solve each other's queries.

Dharmendra Singh says 'I always like to study in a group because this helps in learn answers by heart and removing boredom. If we study alone, then we don't know what our friends are studying and sometimes it results in under preparation. On the contrary, if we study in a group then the whole subject matter is covered'.

Single style

Many students prefer to study alone. The main benefit of this style is that students can focus and concentrate more on the subject matter, which is not possible in group study. Rajesh Sharma says 'My favourite way of study is to study alone. Studying alone helps in maintaining interest and give full attention. If group study is done, then maximum time goes in chatting and gossiping with friends which is fully saved, if one study alone.

Study with Music on

Several students enjoy doing study with the Music playing on in the background. The supporters of this style feel that it removes monotony and maintains one's interest. They get energy to study for long hours from music. Umesh says 'Whenever I feel bore during study, I play on light music. Whenever, I have to study for long hours, I take help of music. Playing music during studies helps to concentrate and mentally alert.
