CM disposes of complaints Online

Bhopal, Feb 5: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has instructed for completion of all the incomplete roads under Prime Minister's Rural Roads Programme in various districts. These roads are lying incomplete due to non-receipt of approvals regarding forests and mines in various districts. At the same time, the Energy Department has also been asked to remove electricity poles where the work of road construction has either been completed or is going to be started.

CM Chouhan was addressing all the district collectors of the state through tele-conferencing at the Mantralaya here. The fact came to the fore during departmental review that some rural roads are lying incomplete in various districts due to non-receipt of necessary approvals. Additional Chief Secretary Shri Pradeep Bhargava said that some roads are lying incomplete as contractors are not available. Action in this connection would be ensured soon.

CM heard and disposed of 14 complaints. On the complaint of Jabalpur Hawabagh Girls College retired assistant professor Dr S Sengupta about non-receipt of gratuity and pension, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan ordered that information about all such pending cases be put up before him. The Chief Minister gave instructions to Principal Secretary Higher Education for investigating the matter. He also instructed that a three-member committee headed by Principal Secretary Higher Education should be constituted to end delay in such cases and suggest simplification of the process in pension cases.

Mr Chouhan sanctioned Rs 10 thousand assistance to Indira Awas allottee Shri Sitaram Lallu Vishwakarma of village Kindro in Damoh who is sight impaired. The cheque of this amount was presented by CM to Sitaram on the conclusion of Samadhan Online programme. Similarly, the CM also sanctioned Rs 10 thousand to Shrimati Rambai of village Kachnar in Ashok Nagar district. Shrimati Rambai's husband had died under suspicious circumstances sometime ago at a lodge in Guna. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan also gave instructed the IGP to get this case probed.

CM Chouhan also issued instructions for payment within one week to Chunamani Kushwaha of village Kitha in Satna district for supply of saplings, ensuring benefits under Ladli Laxmi Yojana to the daughter of a widow on the complaint made by Shri Parmanand Ahirwar and waiver of penalty on power dues against Shri Kailash Narain of village Ladawad in Shajapur district. Additional Chief Secretary Shri RN Berwa informed that amendments are being made in the provisions of Ladli Laxmi Yojana so that daughters of widows and adopted daughters can also get the scheme's benefits.

CM Chouhan expressed displeasure over non-release of grant amount by Energy Development Corporation to a Gaushala even after it had remitted money four years ago and ordered an investigations into the reason behind this inordinate delay. Action would be ensured within one week on this complaint lodged by Shri Brajmohan Mehta of Aalot in Ratlam district.

About the application of refund of fee for admission to M Pharma by Rakesh Soni of Sarni in Betul district, it was informed that free refund cheque has already been released.

On the application by Shri Kripa Nidhan Dube of village Tiduti in district Rewa, collector Rewa informed that the eligible person would be appointed on the post of Panchayat Karmi by rejecting the appointment made wrongly by the Panchayat.

During the hearing on complaints, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan also gave instructions for convening a review meeting for pending cases in Karmkar Sannirman Mandal. These instructions were given on the application moved by Shri Shyamlal Ahirwar of village Jasguwan in Chhatarpur district. The cheque issued to him by the Mandal had bounced in the bank as there were not enough funds in the Mandal's account. The complainant said that now he has received the amount. Ku. Anshul Pathak of Sihora in Jabalpur would now get national scholarship soon.

CM Chouhan gave instructions to expedite payment of compensation for farmers whose lands have been acquired for construction of roads. The compensation of complainant Shri Mangilal of village Bhargi in Shajapur district was pending since a long time.

Those present at Samadhan Online included additional chief secretary Shri Vinod Choudhary, Chief Minister's secretaries Shri Iqbal Singh Bais and Shri Anurag Jain and concerning departments officers.
