Bhopal, Feb 4: It is said that marriages are made in heaven
and in the search of such relations the 6th girl-boy introduction
programme of the Madhya Pradesh Kshatriya Maratha Samaj was
concluded on Sunday in Sindhu Bhavan. Apart from girls and
boys of Bhopal people came from outside the state to participate
in the programme. At the start of the programme people gave
their introduction which was followed by fixation of a next
phase after negotiation with their parents. Around 300 girls
and boys did registration.
Prem Singh Chauhan father of Chief Minister was the chief
guest and Bhopal Development Authority president Surendra
Nath Singh was the special guest. Along with the introduction
process a social development work by the Bhavan was also talked
about. Some requests were also received by divorcees and widowers.
In the programme it was discussed that the existence of nuclear
families was an obstacle for arranged marriages and which
could be overcome by such kind of arrangements. It is also
an appeal to people that they come out of their houses and
mix with people, know each other and unite the society.
What do the participants say
Amit Sonone from Jabalpur says that he wants his life partner to be by his side in every step of life. The person should accompany both in pleasure and in pains.
Niraj Kamre, an accountant, also from Jabalpur wants his life partner to be an understanding one who can know his inner feelings prior to his disclosure.
According to Archana Chauhan life partner should have the qualities of both intelligence and smartness and should know that to lead a good life what aspects are needed.
Pratibha Chauhan thinks that relations are made once so it should be thought carefully with whom to marry. She says that she gets the answers to all her queries in the very program along with correct and proper information of the boys who come to the place
