A seminar on the management of studies during examination was organised by Shree Bhavan's Bharti Public School here the other day.
Dr Vinay Mishra, Psychologist and cultural ambassador of India to US was the guest-speaker. He interacted with the students, teachers and parents and the audience on this burning issues of stress at the time of exams, knows as exam-phobia. Through the power point presentation and interactive session, the parents in the particular have been enabled to deal with certain very complex/ intricate situations, which arise, in home-situation.
The school will continue to hold such seminars/ workshops for the parents, students and other entrusted people at the school premises at regular intervals.
Workshop on preparation for exams
To deal with the problem of nervousness, fever, forgetfulness, and many of the associated problems during exams and to infuse in the qualities to appear in exam with a strong mind, a workshop will be organised in Kamla Nehru Higher Secondary School on 5,6 and 7 February from 12:30 to 3:30 pm. Students from class 8 to 10 can participate. Bhopal Cell Chief Surendra Soni informed that Regional Organiser of Vivekananda Kendra Mukul Kanitkar would be present. Ancient science as well as Yoga and modern educational methods would be stressed upon in the program. Along with that things will be taught on concentration and willpower during exam.
