INC is bound to search hidden talent in the students and give them platform to exhibit in front of the world. College has started innovative programmes dubbed as confluence from last two years to fertile the psychological skills of students for the constructive work. One of the aim of the programme is to give platform to students to express them selves in front of the world and another utilise their skills in constructive work.
This creative and constructive programme includes seven various kinds of games and quiz shows. Mavens Vista is a paper presentation game based on the theme of risk management, in which students from various parts of the state participated. Students presented their papers on the theme of risk management in banking sector, challenges in it and over all development.
Students participated in the finance-related games based on Investofile Mesloj menia and other marketing games.
Besides, the interesting management game one more competition dubbed as 'Best Young Manager' was also organised here, in which students exhibited their instinct management skills.
In the 'Start Up Strategy' game students put forward their innovative strategies to start up a new business.
On this occasion Barktullaha University Former Vice Chancellor Dr DP Sharma was present as Chief Guest of the programme. Sharma emphasized on the communication skills in management sector.
In this regional competition 'Confluence 2008' more than 200 students of 11 INC Centre of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh participated here. Final round of the competition would be held at Hyderabad on February 8 2008. In the final competition the winner will be awarded with cash prize and memento.
