Children enthrall audience

Bhopal, Feb 3: 19th Annual cultural function of Sri Aurobindo School was celebrated here with great zeal and enthusiasm in Ravindra Bhawan on Sunday. In the inauguration of programme Umesh Trivedi, chairman of Sri Aurobindo School, lighten the traditional lamp. The programme was started with the Saraswatiwandna followed by Principal Nilini Patel presented annual report of school. Students from nursery to junior college presented 19 programmes here.

In this programmes students presented dances, songs and one-act-play here. Pre-primary students presented excellent performance one-act-play based on the fable of tiger and rat. The play was appreciated by the audience as it is universal moral that one should not underestimate any one, as tiger did. Then students presented group songs, which filled the auditorium with the colours of patriotism.

The aerobic performance by the primary students stopped breath of audience for a moment or two. Four students performed various stances and make floor one student standing on the shoulder of other.

Then students presented one-act play based on mythological story of Krishna and Sudama, sending out message of friend in need friend indeed.

What students said

Abhijit said that he is enjoying the annual cultural festival very much as they get only one chance to express their aptitude and skills in front of others.

Deepika said that she liked the one-act-play based on the fable of rat and tiger. She added that she would not underestimate any one.
