BJP will come back to power

Bhopal, Feb 2: National president of Bharatiya Janata Party, Rajnath Singh said that the party would break the notion that it would not come back to power again.

During a short visit to the Madhya Pradesh capital today, Rajnath Singh addressing the media said that this same myth has been broken in Gujarat when the party romped back to power in the assembly elections for the third time under the leadership of Chief Minister Narendra Modi. In the same manner BJP would win the forthcoming assembly elections in the State and form its government again. The senior BJP leader demanded from the Centre to increase the security of Lal Krishna Advani and Gujarat CM Narendra Modi.

Rajnath had come to Bhopal by a special flight. Thereafter he left for Vidisha district and reached village Kagpur and Sarangpur. In Kagpur Singh offered his condolences on the death of Kaurav Singh, brother of Sodan Singh, national joint organisation general secretary. At Sarangpur he met family members of MLA Amar Singh Kothar who died recently.

In the State capital the BJP president visited party leader Dilip Singh Judeo, convalescing in the National hospital.

Among others present with Rajnath Singh include Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, BJP MP Yashodhara Raje Scindia, party's national secretary Prabhat Jha, public relations minister, Lakshmikant Sharma and state BJP vice president, Anil Dave.

Earlier the BJP president was received at the Bhopal airport by minister Rustam Singh, State BJP vice president Vijendra Singh Sisodia, senior leader Kailash Sarang, Raghunandan Sharma, BDA chairman Surendra Nath Singh, chairman of Tourism Development Corporation, Dhruv Narayan Singh, State president of BJYM Vishwas Sarang, Krishna Gaur, Prakash Mirchandani. As Singh was leaving for Vidisha district to offer condolences to the kin of the bereaved party leaders, he did not accept the garlands brought for his welcome at the airport.
