Ayodhya cases: Next hearing on Feb 23

Rae Bareli, Jan 31: A district court trying the Ayodhya demolition cases against BJP leader L K Advani and seven others today fixed February 23 for further hearing of the matter after cross-examination of one of the prosecution witnesses.

Special Judge Vanshraj Singh posted the matter for further hearing on February 23 after counsel for Advani completed his cross-examination of one of the prosecution witnesses.

Counsel for another accused Sadvi Ritambhara will continue cross-examination of the witness on February 23.

Besides Advani and Ritambhara, BJP general secretary Vinay Katiyar, former union ministers Murli Manohar Joshi and Uma Bharti, VHP leaders Ashok Singhal, Vishnu Hari Dalmiya and Acharya Giriraj Kishore are the other accused.
