Car in one lakh

Ratan Tata has kept his promise by launching much-awaited and publicized dream-car at rupees one lakh. But does country's infrastructure has capacity or plans for sudden replacement of two-wheelers by a four-wheeler car? Union government should ensure that this car may be targeted more for exports rather than for domestic market.
