Souvenir Vishwa Vijay released

Bhopal, Jan 13: A grand function was organised by Vivekanand Kendra Kanyakumari, Bhopal Branch at the premises of Government Subhash Higher Secondary Excellence School on the occasion of Swami Vivekanand Jayanti. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was the chief guest of the programme and the president of Revenue Exchange Committee, Madhya Pradesh Purushottamlal Chaturvedi presided over the programme.

The chief speaker of the programme Mukul Kanitkar (Regional organiser) presented effectively about the various inspiration events of Swami Vivekanand. He said that the country should not be needed hopeless, capability and eligibility of Indian youths should not be taken doubtful. They are able to give their best contribution as actively for the building of human beings and nation.

On the occasion, the souvenir of Vivekanand Kendra Kanyakumari "Vishwa Vijay" was released by the Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Various valuable messages of Swami Vivekanand, patriotism, several writes related making India as Jagat Guru (World Teacher) etc have also been included in the souvenir. "Utho ! Jago ! and Youth Festival is organised every year in the colleges for the personality development of the students by the Centre. The programme was organised in the state capital last year in 17 various colleges (August 17, 2007) and more than 1100 students took part in the activities.

Around 76 students secured position in excellent class in various competitions. Poonam Likhitkar, Minakshi Likhitkar, Paras Meena, Krishna Yadav, Mithlesh Saryam, Ashish Mishra, Devesh Singh Thakur, Gaurav Gupta, Dharmaraj Sharma, Tarun Pare, Neha Jain, Priyanka Kasera, Rupak Kamal Gautam, Utkarsh Chaturvedi, Satpal Singh, Nisha Rani, Pragati Agrawal, Anup Kumar Mishra, Ritika Vishwanathan, Ravi Parmar, Hori OM Dubey, Dinesh Rai Bansal, Rupesh Kumar, Rohit Shrivastava, Saroj Sahu, Hemlata Likhar, Shakuntala Sahu, Ankit Jain, Praveen Lokhande, Praveen Kumar Shrivastava, Karan Singh Chauhan, Ramshankar Yaduvanshi, Piyush Yadav, Shrilekha were felicitated by presenting certificates and mementos by the Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.

Apart from this, Professor BP Tiwari, Principal, Professor VS Chaudhari of Government Law College, Dr Swati Shrivastava in-charge of Woman Polytechnic College, Dr Amitbodh Upadhyaya of Laxmi Narayan College, Dr Shailaja Dubey of Maharani Laxmi Bai Girls College, Mahesh Dubey, Motilal Vigyan Mahavidyalaya, Sanju Kaushal of Madan Maharaj College, Dr Kalpana Jha of Government Art and Commerce College, Rahul Somalwar of Thakral College of Technology, Bharat Gupta of Sagar College, Ms Megha Didi of Sri Sathya Sai College for Women also felicitated by presenting mementos for the best contribution in the building of nation by Chief Minister. The programme was ended by song of National Anthem.
