Bhopal, Jan 12: A kite festival was organised on the occasion of Lohri and Makar Sankranti at Pretty Petals Foundation School situated at Arera Colony, which was well participated by all the students of the school. These students were wearing Punjabi dress, which impressed everyone. The specialists in Chinese Kite flying, who were invited, won applauds by their skillful performance. The students in a joyous mood danced around the sacred fire of Lohri. They presented a beautiful performance of Gidda dance. The programme concluded with distribution of sweets made up of 'Sesame and Jaggery' and Kites.
