Bhopal, Jan 10: Long coveted $29-billion Tata group's Rs one lakh released in one grand function on Thursday. It is considered to be the world's ever-cheapest car - the little 'Nano'. It is a proud moment for India. The car demonstrates India's technological and entrepreneurial abilities. Tata group chairman publicly promised that the dealer price of the car would be only Rs 100,000.

All the people are eagerly waiting for the dream car with the aspirations.

How will be one lakh Rs car

The car will have a length of 3.1 metres, a width of 1.5 metres and a height of 1.6 metres, with adequate ground clearance and it has a rear-wheel drive, all-aluminium, two-cylinder, 623 cc, 33 PS, multi-point fuel injection petrol engine. The car will be safe, affordable and all-weather transport - a people's car, designed to meet all safety standards and emissions laws and accessible to all the middle class of India.
