Rudraksh in fashion now

Bhopal, Jan 10: It is quite impossible to say what new fashion comes to the market and replaces other. Now those things are in fashion, which earlier were used to avert evil spirit and black magic. Every 5th girl or boy in the Lake City can be seen wearing 'Taweez' on the wrist and 'Rudraksh' round the neck. Our youth brigade is using the black thread and 'Rudraksh' not out of fear of any black magic but for their personality as being trendy. Along with the trend of 'Rudraksh', black thread and 'Taweez' is also in the fashion, which can be noticed in both the boys and girls.

WHY THE CRAZE FOR 'RUDRAKSH' AND 'TAWEEZ'

Today the world is fast increasing where every individual wants to move faster. The 'Taweez' and the 'Rudraksh' are associated the rural area and superstitious persons. But now the youths are using them as a fashion symbols. According to some, 'Rudraksh' increases the will power of people.

Youths believing in astronomy also believe in the powers of 'Rudraksh'. This kind of belief attracts people towards 'Rudraksh' and black thread. Not a single individual wants to lag behind in the world of cutthroat competition. The crave for knowing about career, marriage, job prospects, promotion etc leads to the development of a special position of these very things. Needless to mention that the items look very attractive on the youths.

WHAT THE USERS SAY

The percentage of youths wearing 'Rudraksh' is comparatively more. Among these youths Raghav, a company employee and an MBA student says that he wears small 'Rudraksh' round his neck. The reason behind this is that he believes in astronomy and wearing 'Rudraksh' gives him a special feeling and enlightens his spirit and it is fashionable too.

Sonu Mewada, a MSc student uses 'Rudraksh' as a fashion symbol. Sonu who is an atheist, thinks 'Rudraksh' gives peace to mind as well as body. As his exams are knocking at the door so wearing 'Rudraksh' can bring about success.

Raju, an MBA student thinks that in the present times these things are becoming less popular among people. He wears black thread and thinks positively about it.

Parul, a student, thinks that in the present time nothing should be underestimated. Every individual is hankering after progress and promotion so accepting them as fashion statement is nothing bad. "I personally use it as a fashion symbol".

Sheetal, an MBA student also sees 'Rudraksh' as a fashion statement. As it is associated with astronomy so the belief in them has been strengthened.

Neelam says that people of every age group wears 'Rudraksh'. The reason being that "We all want to wear something so why not opting for Rudraksh and thread. Even if it is not useful it will not harm us."
