Bhopal, Dec 31: At last, the moment came after a long wait, and when it came it felt that a scent of ardent passion has been dissolved in the atmosphere.

Ended the year 2007 and started 2008 with new hopes and ambitions. This New Year has brought many new dreams with it. City people like every year welcomed and enjoyed it with full passion and fun. interviewed many people on how the city people celebrated the moment of arrival of the New Year.

DANCE PARTY WITH FRIENDS

Paresh Sen, resident of Vidya Nagar celebrated the New Year party at the roof of his home. Paresh said 'all of my friends had decided it earlier that we have to enjoy like this.' We have all gathered here and welcoming the New Year.'

PARTY HELD AT BOAT CLUB

Sana of MLB College said 'There is no better place than the Boat Club to celebrate the New Year in Bhopal.' So we have settled here for this celebration. 'My friends were looking to throw a party, dance and fun here freely.

DECIDED AT THE LAST MOMENT

'Where to arrange the party always remains a question. We fail to decide about it till the last moment. At last on the very moment of starting a New Year we all go to any hotel to celebrate it' said Naureen Khan, student of MLB College. So the same happened this year and we celebrated it.

WE DANCE ENOUGH

To dance and make fun and frolic we always decide to celebrate the New Year. The same we did this year, we all gathered at the Boat Club and made fun here', said Sania Khan a student. Sania Khan celebrates the New Year party like this every time with her friends.

FULL ENJOYMENT MEANS NEW YEAR CELEBRATION

'If there is no party on the occasion of a New Year eve then it seems that something is incomplete. So we the friends have planned to enjoy fully the New Year eve. We will cut the cake and dance to make memorable this occasion'. While uttering these words, the face of Shazia Khan was shining with joy. 'She added that 'Enjoyment can be had either with your friends or family.' If all the friends are there so there is a lot of fun on the occasion.'

FUN WITH FAMILY MAKES IT REMARKABLE

'If your family is with you, it doubles the joy of New Year party. I always try to be with my family on the eve', Said the Ashok Nanda, chairman of IPS Group. Nanda said that the Year 2007 was not so nice for me. I hope that the coming new year would bring joy for me. I am trying to establish a new educational institution in the city. It will help in development of children.'

NO TIME TO GO OUT

'The occasion always keeps us busy. So there is no question for us to go out for the New Year celebration. We remain here and celebrate the party with our family', said the president of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh Travel Agent Sunil Notani. He said, 'although we arrange it for others at many hotels for the celebration, but for me I arrange it at my residence only.
