NSC activists demonstrate at BU

Bhopal, Dec 11: Nationalist Congress Students' (NSC) wing on Tuesday staged a demonstration at the Barkatullah University Vice Chancellor's office here on Tuesday.

As the Vice Chancellor and in charge vice chancellor were absent so Madhya Pradesh National Students Congress General Secretary Priyank Sharma handed over a memorandum to registrar and informed him about the problems of the students and requested to postpone the scheduled BAMS exams.

On this occasion NSC State Vice President Ashok Sing, General Secretary Priyank Sharma, Dharmendra Sing, Ankit Khare, Bhopal District President Shailendra Tiwari, Imaran Ali, Ritesha Agrawal, Abhishek Sharma, Shivam, Amrita Shrivastava, Jyoti Tiwari, Pooja, Jyoti Kushwah, Jyoti Pande, Arati, Madhuri, and other students were present.

Ayurveda Adhikari Sangh submits memo

Bhopal, Dec 11: Madhya Pradesh Ayurveda Adhikari Sangh, on Tuesday, while highlighting the long-pending demands of state Homeopathic, Ayurveda and Unani doctors, decided that the representatives of the committee would discuss the matter and hand over a memorandum to the Chief Minister, Medical Education Minister, Principal Secretary of Medical Education and Director of Indian Medical System and will urge them to fulfil the demands within time frame.

The representatives of the Sangh visited the Director of Indian Medical System and Homeopathic department. As the Principal Secretary was absent they have handed over the memorandum to deputy secretary and discussed the matter in detail. The deputy secretary assured the members of the committee that their demands would be considered soon but did not mentioned any particular time frame of it.

Chief Minister and Education Minister were out of station so they could not meet them, a release of the Sangh issued here on Tuesday informed.
