Students do not sleep whole night during examinations. Even then some of them are always fearful that they would not fare well at the exam. As the exam time comes nearer, stress grips the students. Day and night they feel themselves tense about preparation of subjects. Sometimes, they see themselves in dreams struggling with math's questions. Even after learning everything they are terrified. This stress can be seen clearly on their performance. They do not perform as better as they can. In this matter much of responsibility rests with mother for making a positive atmosphere regarding study of child so that they could perform excellently in exams. It is seen that nowadays exam of students is not only their exam; It's an exam of a mother too. In these circumstances a mother's responsibility becomes double as to how do they tackle such situation. The timetable for the coming exams of 10th and 12th has been released. Now children need their mothers around for help.
DO NOT WATCH TV
As the exam days come closer, I avoid watching television. Because if I will watch it, it will effect to my children's daily routine. And how it is possible that you watch the television and do not allow your children? I help my children to prepare for exams according the syllabus. I take care of their meal. I give them 'Khas-Khas Ka Halwa' (a kind of homemade sweetmeat) in the breakfast.

I SERVE HEALTHY FOOD
During the exams, students are always under great stress. So I am very careful about their health these days. I prefer to give them tea or coffee while they study and also serve them healthy food. Beside milk and dry fruits, I use to give some healthy syrup to my children.

I SIT WITH KIDS DURING STUDY
It is compulsory to take special care of our children during exams days. It is the question of their future. As long as they study I also sit with them for study. It is the only way to increase their period of study.

INSIST TO PERFORM 'PRAYANAM'
Beside completing study on time I insist on them to perform 'Yoga', 'Dhyan' and 'Prayanam'. There are many 'yoga aasanas' that improve memory. So, I guide them to perform such activities with their studies. I get up early morning during exams days and teach them. I also allow them to play.

* Keep peaceful atmosphere in the house
* Take special care of diet
* Ask them to prepare according to syllabus
* Make them do the Yoga and Pranayam
* Tell the kids not to study continuously and take a break
* Save the children from stress
* Stop to watch your favourite serial for a few days.
