Indore, Nov 27:
Tejaswi Yadav, son of the Union railway minister, Lalu Prasad Yadav, who has come to Indore to play in Cooch Bihar Trophy, has attained a celebrity status, at least for the railway authorities here, The senior railway officials of Ratlam division apparently in awe of their `unpredictable boss', railway minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, has not only provided undue facilities o Tejaswani Yadav but also flagrantly violated railway rules by accommodating railway rest house to the security personnel of Lalu's son.
Representing Delhi team in Cooch Bihar Trophy, Tejaswi arrived here from Delhi by a plane two days back and stayed in little known hotel of the city along with his other team members. As many as four jawans of the Railway Protection Force also arrived in the city through road route to provide security cover to Tejaswi Yadav.
When the local railway officials came to know about Lalu Yadav son's arrival in Indore and his stay in a small hotel of the city, they promptly moved into action and made arrangement for his stay at Hotel Fortune Landmark, the costliest hotel of the city. Sources informed that senior railway officials of Ratlam rail division coming to know about the visit of Tejaswi, also arrived Indore and supervised the arrangement so as to ensure that Lalu's son does not face any kind of inconvenience during his stay in Indore
According to report, the railway officials also made available an Innova and another Tata Sumo government vehicle (bearing No. MP09-FA-0741) at the disposal of Tejaswi. These vehicles were being used to ferry Tejaswi and his teammates from the hotel to Emerald Height school playground where the Cooch Bihar Trophy is being played.
Not only this, the railway officials also made available rooms of the railway rest house located on the second floor of the railway station at platform No. 1 for the accommodation of the security jawans of Tejaswi Yadav. As per the rule, only gazetted officials are supposed to given accommodation at the railway guest house and for this a prior permission from Ratlam rail division headquarter is essential. Surprisingly, when Ratlam railway divisional manager, P K Vajpayee asked about the same, he feigned ignorance saying that he did have any idea about the arrival of Tejaswi Yadav to Indore.
