Bhopal, Nov 20: Fortune favours the brave, this is not only a maxim. This is the truth, which proves the capability and willpower of such girls who are performing the work with dedication and confidence, which were believed only for boys.

Several girls in Industrial Training Institute, Govindpura, are doing that work easily, which cannot be believed.

Whether it is machinery fitting or welder training, zeal and will power of the girls is commendable.

These girls who want to learn something different and perform their duty in such a manner which bewilders everyone.

Hard trade would be made easy- On one hand where the girls are learning welding work and on the other some of them are not behind to handle fitter like hard trade.

Radha Arya who performs the work of drilling, says that no one is in this field from his family. But they give their full support.

After getting training in this field offers are given in BHEL, Railway and in private sector too. So I selected this training.

Ishwari believes that this training would be helpful in our whole life. There is more demand than candidates in this field so it is beneficial in every aspect.

Seeking perfection in welding work- Our father works as a welder in Railway Coach Factory. We got inspiration from him to learn this work. We got support to everyone after joining this training and it became easier to learn, said Anubha Saini and Amrita Saini, students of welder trade.

Both sisters told that every one asks that why did we choose this field but after getting this training, job is guaranteed.

Whereas, Pooja Singh said with confidence that though it seems difficult to perform this work in beginning but soon we would get perfection to do it well.

We would be self-reliant

The girls getting training of electrician, believe that after this training they not only can do their domestic work but can get job easily. They told that they feel pride when they tell about their training to any one.

The girls say that they have learnt to prepare and repair domestic appliances and family members are very happy with our work.

We never felt that we were working in the field of boys and we desire to do this job further.

The girls who do hard work, there are several ways opened for them. Several girls after getting training from here have got permanent job in BHEL. Sometimes they come in this field after reading newspaper. In my opinion they should go ahead.

In last 2-4 years girls have shown their interest in this field. There is more need to be aware. But those who come in this field take interest. Now the girls are getting 30 per cent reservation.
